both of them are boring and bland imo. i prefer a transparent with just the buttons or boxes.

the new 1 is nice.. but it need some colors (like yellow , some colors of that kind)

I wouldn't leave the buttons (I/u/Esc/F10) blue, cuz looks kinda ugly ><
Those blue/black lines (xp/sxp & skillslots) are meh; I liked the green from original underbar1 way better.
The black/grey is nicely done & shape is also good.
The color of sp (1337) is good & very readable.

How do i change my underbar too look like that :S? Is there any easy way, or do i have to do lots of pk2 things ><?

Well after im done developing my new media pk2 for SRF, then you can just download it and use that, and it will include that underbar, you just need to wait a little while longer...
