Darkness Status

Hmmm always wondered what this actually does. Always was of the opinion that it was a waste of time. Heard a few rumours that it halves the amount your pots are supposed to heal, and loads of other rubbish. However it infact reduces your Hit Ratio.

It lowers the opponents attack rating. Making them do the least amount of damage rather than their highest. So if the opponent does around 7-10k dmg when cursed w/ darkness the opponent will do around the 7k mark instead of their max 10k dmg.

If you go to the gun powder mobs in Dw, and let them throw bombs at you, you'll be cursed w/ darkness on you. When cursed press C, and you will see that it lowers your attack rating. This is how I found out.

paper bags are oldskool. nowadays we use duct-tape.
