But people normally exchange high price items[such as sos shit, +7 gear etc] in place of gold in these instances.

I hope the user gets a good set. I hate to see players with a sun weapon/+9 ect. die easily. a normal+7 player can still win vs a sun weapon player without much trouble if his set= shit

True that, today in medusa pt +7 staff, +9 staff(lvl 100 chars) and sun +8(lvl 96 char). Medusa was killed by the +7 staffer :) All had premium silver, avatar and devil spirits, no zerg scrolls used. So it's all (or mostly) about the player, not the weapon :)

Going for +10 is stupid imo. The chances of it passing is like 5%, not worth the risk. Theres a fine like between having balls, and stupidity. He crossed it, however it DID pay off.
