Yeah, it will update if you relog or DC.

Actually it updated sro_client.exe and md.txt which if i recall correctly, includes all the phrases in the game such as Unique announcements and the infamous "Cannot connect due to server traffic"

It updated to 1.198 for me and now when you click on restart in-game it gives you the login option again I loved what they did the first time and now they quickly changed it. Zzzz... damn joymax.
