This might be one of proofs that 120 cap means end of armors.
There are 12 months in a year, and 12 horoscope signs.

Aries (4), Taurus (10), Gemeni, Cencer (6), Leo, Virgo (8), Libra (7), Skorpio (9), Sagittarius (1), Capricorn, Aquarius (5) and Pisces (2).
(Number next to it represents degree)
Each one represents one degree. Check http://www.joymax.com/silkroad/, go to armor list and check first name of equipment.

Ex. Sagittarius Lorica Helm.

Only thing that doesnt match is 3rd degree, its "Bronze Helm".

Any thoughts? We're missing Gemeni, Leo and Capricorn ... 130 cap anyone?
or did they mess up with 3rd degree? Which horoscope sign will be left out?
Maybe the last two are Silver and Gold? Meaning equipment goes to 140?

Combined with this fact, it might be possible for 12D to be the final degree(does 12D end at 120 or 130)?

Already been discussed many times. Yes, there are 12 official degrees, and yes it would be logical that cap would by 120. But, this is Joymax, they have so many addons that they could add that make them very unpredictable. The amount of unused items is just ridiculous because they could stay on one cap for years and just do updates.

In the end, they really do not care enough at this present point for it to matter what final cap it will be because the service does not match the quality of what could be an amazing game.

Yep, that has been discussed already, and the most lical thing is that the degrees are 12. But that doesn't prove that the lvls are 120. They may make it so that 110 lvl is with 11d 1st and 2nd tier and 120 is with 11d 3rd tier. Something like this if you got my idea.

OT: Sounds really interesting. Think the 12D thing is sure,
but i dont think 12D will finish lvl 100, since 9D-10D= 14 lvls,
so taken for 10D-11D 16 lvls, and for 11D-12D 18 lvls, it will be like 125 for the D12 weapon, or something like that.

What about 3rd degree? You don't have it listed there under one of those names. Indicating there would be more degrees. (Didn't really actually check what it's called in game though, so maybe I'm wrong)

Also, what about Chinese mastery level goes up to 300, so for 120 cap, 2 full masteries, then 1 mastery with 60? But euro's get 2 mastery per level, so they get 2 full masteries at 120 cap.
^ This doesn't make sense to me, it makes more sense with 150 cap.
Chinese: 300 mastery / 150 levels = 2 Full Mastery Trees.
Euro: 150 levels * 2 masteries per level = 300 master total / 150 levels = 2 Full Mastery Trees
That would make more sense to me.

Also, http://img48.imageshack.us/img48/7656/e ... mapxf1.jpg. Based on that map they would have to add a ton of places within 20 more max levels.

Anyways, not saying you are wrong, just showing some other stuff that may indicate a higher cap, like 150. And either way sro would probably be dead by then anyways.

any1 that bought the Devil Spirit can actually sue Joymax for false advertisement. JM advertise the item saying that it will be possible to upgrade it via alchemy, well I don't think so. A player can demand a compensation or a refund. so much for "Devil Spirit S will be updated as a special item given only to top players" T_T

I'd personally want 120 cap to be the last one... We started at 60 cap, we can row through another 60... farming for anything higher than 120 would be insane...

Since there are new games coming out, along with SRO2, I dont think we'll reach higher than 120.
