Never attempted before - and I highly doubt it would work. But you should either read their user policy first or send a message via "Contact Support" system. I believe you will get an automated response that indicates wrongful decisions will not be accepted or something similar.

Look what you just said there lmao, read it carefully, you are saying that i didn't the wrong item and that i just pressed wrong, you mentioned saying " That i pressed wrong" which mean i got the wrong item. So that's the same thing.

Pressing wrong mean i get the wrong item....

not saying it was really your fault considering you were tired however joymax will probably not do that because in my time of playing this game i have had friends that did the same thing or similar things and they requested but no reply from joymax. Now that joymax answers questions though, you may get a reply (automated probably)

I doubt you will get your money back. Joymax if you didn't know this already they don't give a rats ass about their customers or their problems.

Some companies will give you your money back. Especially if you blame it on lag causing you to click the wrong thing. I've personally gotten money back for buying wrong stuff on iTunes. Joymax, however, will probably just give you the middle finger when you contact them. No harm trying though.

Two things:

1: Getting the wrong item because you clicked the wrong item is your fault, clicking the correct item and getting a wrong one, would be the companies fault. So, your fault...There is obviously a difference.

2: Server lag won't cause your mouse to move incorrectly and press the wrong item. Computer(client-side) lag can, in which case, indirectly your fault.

Either way, not Joymax's fault, and they probably won't refund you, mainly because it's Joymax. Some companies will give you refund, or correct item, even if it is your fault, but Joymax has horrible support.

Best solution: Make a new female character...

they do...when you click buy on the item another little box comes up and you can put how many of the item you want in and it has another button you press then you actually buy the item so yea its like a little warning thing making sure you know what your buying

True that, but he bought a gold ticket instead of a SP Ticket, not an avatar dress, but I do agree, best solution - when in doubt, make a female character.

Or gender-change your character, if it's a high level character. Should cost way less than buying a new avatar item :D
