Right now a small handful. Was a handful, then one moderator (me) throughout the office move from Northern Cal to Southern but more are being hired. We aren't just moderators. We also do marketing (press tours, coordinate through PR agency on publications), as well as some assistance with game-related work (QA/QC). We started out with the GM title but since we don't do GM work (as much as we'd like to and have been pushing for) most of us took a different title that matches our work. The only actual GMs are in Korea, but we're working on getting them to help us implement plans for customer service and GM-related work. An arduous task but we're trying. It's very difficult at times to communicate with a foreign development team. When I worked for Konami it was just as tough and we had a specific localization department. Joymax is rather new to the publishing side of game making so that's why we're so focused on improvement.
