Cumulated buff

I am lvl 40 now,and I joined academy before 3 days,and until now,beside my name,there was not acumulated buff,How can I get it and turn it to cumulated buff?

If you are now an assistant, you wont recieve the buff any more. Only those Lv 1-40

i got a question aswell.
Does the cumulated buff give more exp and sp or just exp?

i was told its only for exp... i guess ill ask around a bit more
