I remember doing trade like this, seeing trades like this. It was something that made all the grinding worth it. The trade runs were so much run. Sitting at the ferries between Jangan and DW. SO much fun. Those areas are all but deserted now, however. I rarely see anyone trading, and it is NEVER to the scale of the video.

Though sro's trading needed an update,joymax did it all wrong, there really should be implimented a way for a 5 lvl range of attack ablitiy, and the function to cut off all non-suited buffers from being able to select a jobbed player. That would return trading to its formal self. Its a real pain in the ass to be a lvl 41 trader with a tiny 200k 5 star on you and your camel gets one shotted by a full farmed lvl 90 wizard, who zerks just to get the best dmg number off your camel. Its ridculous really.

I remember watching crossroads as a noob and wanting to strive for that same glory, but by the time I got to lvl 70's it was dead. its very sad, trading needed changes, but joymax did it incorrectly.

Dead Legit Servers are the Direct result of Bot full servers.

This is the only mmorpg that is so destroyed by bots, that people actually beleive this is the best way to play,
you are missing out on so so much, yet you will settle for second best, and when push comes to shove, you sit here and defend it.

You sound as if there are 50, well maybe there is now lol. But before bots came Sro was very active, full of ppl of all levels actually grinding.

Lot's of ppl are from different timezones, when some are on others might not be and it's the other way around, theres alot of ppl who would play legit. There's plenty of ppl who bot only because the way this game is also, they started legit, but rather then quit switched to still enjoy the game.

Sro isn't gonna die if they get rid of bots like some seem to think. Sure it's probably gonna cut back on quite a bit of profits, but not ruin it. they would get the money back in time from legits anyway if they gave some good service, or just keep dishing out item mall items(like they wont >.>).

Most of the bots that are relaxed are that way because they are just sitting back and doing nothing or sittin there scratching their balls.

Its not the game we played at the beginning anymore. Money is what defines this game now , the more money you got the better your character is. When we played it , back at low caps ,and when we returned for final push to 90 cap , we realized one thing : joymax failed bad. The game has not improved in any other way , other than bling bling way ofcourse.
We dont have our old playerbase anymore and rich newcomers have ruined the game. It's not the bots that ruined the game , its the idiots that play. Bot does not come and insult you , bot does not buy scrolls so he could beat you in PvP. Bot grinds , players do that , real people.
You guys here are blaiming bots for failing of the game , but you're utterly wrong. Bots were there since the beginning if some of you dont know , or pretend not to remember. It's the richass crybabies and idiots that ruined the game (together with greedy Failmax ofcourse ).

We have moved on to games that cost way less and give way more , such as Warhammer Online and some moved to WoW or others just quit gaming allthogether (it has been a while since this game came out , ppl got married and stuff). I strongly advise you to recalculate howmuch you spend money and time and figure what you get in return , and try out trials of some better games out there.

Only thing i come to this forums is to check out whats going on and to check out if some of my buddies post some fun stuff.

I've read so far in this thread of people blaming the PLAYERS for ruining SRO with their gold buying and such... Think carefully...It might seem like the players are the ones but in reality it is Joymax. Joymax created the environment for such things to happen and fail/refuse to fix it. PLAYERS who buy gold do perpetuate the problem, but they are a byproduct of Joymax's incompetence.

ScZz... PLAYERS who are willing and can afford it will always buy gold as long as their suppliers are "ALLOWED" to exist...remember that.

I would agree with most of that. Joymax does deserve the lions share of the blame. However players both bot and legit deserve a good chunk of blame. More so the bot ones. Damn straight though it isn't the game we played so long ago.
