Guild lvls

Hey can anyone direct me to like a Guild guide type thread....which shows what things you can do for certain lvl guilds...like grant name picture etc...

I don't know of any thread but I believe grant name and picture both start at lvl 4

I know that you are an oldie and all but it is pretty simple :
1) click on guides and tutorials
2) click on topic : [GUIDES] Guides and tutorials can be found here
3) click on 13) Other or press CTRL+END
4) click on Guild Guide.

why do people never search before they ask such a question ?

just as a side note
you can buy the scrolls for the guild and union emblems at lvl 3
but you cant use them till you are the right lvl
they cost gold and guild points

guild points are generated by the players as they train
nothing is taken from them, (they lose no skill points as they generate guild points)
players can dontate skill points to the guild on a 1 for 1 basis
generally this is not recomended, it is better for the player to keep his skill points and use them for his char
