The last fire nuke at 100cap fills your whole screen with fire O.o

Actually ya, as swordcloud said above me the % values after the attacks are not a representation of the damage you will do.

I believe in another post someone quoted actual silkroad/joymax documents saying that...
The % sign is reflective of the cast time for the skill and not the damage for the skill itself.
Instead you need to look at the number values given in the range before the %.

If you want proof look at the ice nukes. It is a well known fact those hit for sh1t damage, and yet they still have the 300% value after it much like the lightning and fire nukes.

you are someone correct. % does mean longer cast times, but longer cast time also means higher damage. look at bard nuke vs wiz nuke. wiz nuke hits way harder, yet bard nuke has same damage range. difference is bard nuke is shorter cast time.

bard nuke 32-39 (184%)
wiz cold nuke (271%)
higher % means longer cast time and more damage

it doesnt mean longer time casting
ghost spear is 280% and it take less time then the wiz cold nuke

the reason euros dont get new shit at 100 is to balance it out, you will get more new skills at 110 and probly 140. and chinese prob will get new skills at 120 and 140. that balances everyting out.

also.. u guys should understand another thing , the power isnt only from the % .
like some1 said( the ice nuke is 330% and it do shit damage) , lol , that is because the ice nuke Mg attack power is lower then the another nukes. its simple..

ice nuke is only good for plvling or lvling up if you one hit the mob with it, but in pvp its pretty much useless and i doubt it will get better in 10D..

yea ill probably be full farm here in a month or two...but. that only gives me a couple months of capped pvp/jobbing if the update comes out in the summer

nukers r good if good set, but if bad set get 2-3hit in snow.. maybe for 10d they will be a little better with weak set

does any1 else think the 10d staff looks gay? cuz i mean its essential just ghetto bull horns on a stick, disapointing T_T

every lvl the staff gets bigger N bigger lol.. but i think 9D looks better
