Trees are excellent structures. They can withstand fierce winds. They can float in water. They can grow. They can even save your life. Why this relates to flaming, I will tell you. When a flame starts in a forest, it may burn a single tree. That tree dies, and becomes corrupt with death and decay. Its roots are poisoned, and its branches are crippled. These vile things corrupt more and more trees, making them corrupt, and further and further until not many trees are truly righteous. Now, for the trees to burn, something has to start the fire. This could be anything from dry roots to and explosion. If you see this metaphoric paragraph for what it is, then good. Otherwise, in caveman terms:

Life experience change personality. Change feeling. Rubs on others. Etc.

Why do so many persons here flame?

heres my opinion:
i think that they do because they feel bad that they have no positive input to add themselves, so they are trying to make everyone else who posts seem like them by calling them useless, noob, or bot, or anything else they can get away with.

of course they will not admit to it, and not all that flame will be this way, some will just not like you as a person, or what you say.

another reason that some will flame is because they are dead sure they are right (no matter what kind of proof or reason you show them) and so of course you are wrong and need to be corrected by severe means (flaming, the only thing they can do here)

like i said these are my opinions, what is yours?

Because we live in a world of opression. Rasicm, sexism, childhood bullying.. god the list never ends. We, being nerds, suffer the grunt of it. Since we have been faced with such oppression and never been able to, or chose not to, fight back we are tormented on the inside. When a medium which involves no direct facing of ones opponent is invented it gives rise to these people the chance to fight back and express their rage.

Typically, the more you flame, the more you get abused. Remember that.
