is this a real item?

no you get it when you buy or sell tons of stuff in stall network...i have gotten it like 4 times

you cant trade or sell it....so nothing i guess...and yea they never said anything about it i dont think...its alright i guess...you get some of the gold back that you use to buy stuff

You need to sell an item that contributes over 100k gold to the stall network and you have a chance to win it.

When a player sells or purchase more than 100,000 gold-worth items over the street stall network, the street stall network event takes place. The event is held randomly, and the prize is sent to the inventory of the winning seller or purchaser. (The inventory slot must have free space to store the prize) The prize is the 'Merchant's Bless' item, and it gives you a 50% gold drop increase for 30 minutes while grinding. It can be put in your storage, but it cannot be sold or traded.
