we can apply the rules we have cause we have enough legits so we dont have to pt with bots or be plvled by them...
if i had to guess you all hate avalon because your jealous...jealous that they have had the fort for the whole time its been out...jealous that its the only legit guild to hold the fort...
if you call us botters cause we lvl up so fast, its called euro pt play you should try it sometime...with euro pt play you can easily grind on mobs 10-15 lvls above you and get great exp

Honestly, which is a bigger hassle to grinding? Another legit in the area or a bot? I can ks a bot all I want a legit I should not. Do bots scam? No humans do. Can bots be nice? No. In short it takes a human to be a friend or an enemy. It takes a human to be truely annoying and that is what your Union is.


Because I would wager most of you would be bots without European Characters essentially and some might be on them as well.

1. Myth: Avalon controls the confederation.
   
   • Avalon does not control the confederation. There are four unions(32 guilds), 20 guilds (non-union), and multiple white listed individuals. Each guild has two senators and the senators represent the views of their guild members not the views of the confederation. The confederation is a medium of communication.
     
     • Why was the confederation created? It was created because there was a lack of communication between the two primary unions. At the time of the creation of the confederation there were only two big legit Unions. Later OVK [Overkill] and BLD [Brethren of the Blade] would join the confederation. Each union [AVA (Avalon), and The BHA (The Blackhand Alliance)] had similar rules but this did not dispel drama. Both unions had rules against partying with illegitimate players before the confederation; the several leaders of The BHA and AVA saw that there was drama and hate between the two so they sought to eliminate it. They created the confederacy for the following reasons.
       
       1. Communication
          
          • Both Unions were receiving mixed messages; it was basically, "he said-she said Bullshit."
       2. Ease of Leveling for lower levels
          
          • Lower levels didn't know who was legit and not. At the time [before the confederation] people were not allowed to party with illegitimate guilds because it was considered bot support by their Unions and Guilds. So the confederacy became a "storage area" for a list of legit and illegitimate guilds.
       3. Efficiency in PvP and p-grinding
          
          • No bot p-lvl was just an extension of no bot support.

One more thing: If you are over 40 you can be white listed as a guild less individual.
