In real life, rule could be used to control people, because each person is one person with a body and soul unique. But in sro, even if there are rules, it cannot stop ppl to use multiclient to play another char.
If someone wants to cheat from the beginning they'll cheat secretly no matter if the rule exists or not. Even if you allow them to do anything they want, the ppl who respect rule and hate the bots won't party/buff/job with the bots. As for those who want to cheat, this is their chance to show their true face.

Can we fully detect gold buying? No. Can we fully detect multiclients? No. Can we fully detect partying, buffing, jobbing with bots? No. Is it perfect? No. However, these rules are the best we can come up with to keep the game clean.

Will cheaters from the Confed come clean if there are any? If you truly believe in your statement that a person can "cheat secretly no matter if the rule exists or not", then you have the answer.

anyways, if anyone doesn't like the "rules" in venus they can always play in another server. from my experience, the rules are not imposed on you, you don't have to necessarily agree with all of these, but they are in place for legit players who want to play SRO the way it is meant to be played is all.

true, cheaters and bots cannot be "stopped", but making them feel unwelcome by the legit community is the battle half won.
