Is it true that epin users wont get their account unblocked?

I heared that this unban list goes only for Paypal users not

E-pin users, as only Paypal users have the ability to chargeback

and get their money unlike the E-Pin users who got blocked. Is that true?

PS: I have 2 friends, 1 that uses Paypal and got unblocked, and the other

uses E-pin hasnt got unblocked till now...weird?

I can't confurm this, but my theory before 1-2 days was exactly about that issue (paypal charge back).... and it seems it gets more and more proves...

You're saying that if you use PayPal and chargeback you will get blocked, then unblocked?

I think he ment that because of the abbility to charge back the money, PayPal users got unbanned so that they won't charge back. The others can't charge back - they can't harm joymax.

It will be interestig for sure, but i doubt someone will stand here and say "i was banned because i was botting but now i'm ok"
I'm sure many ppl like this read the forums from the shadow tho
The only confurmation i have is what i have read for the past few days on the forums, + a friend of mine who got 3 of his old acc blocked for using no-dc. After that he verified his card, and he is botting freely(with new acc)now. But he hasn't been banned and unbanned so i can't confurm the theory...
