What I don't understand is why they cant detect the spam bots before the bot ban. Maybe they don't want too?

But he got to lvl 72 though, its not like he was lvl 30. surely by the time someone reaches 72 ( at least a few months, right? ) people would have party grinded with him or have seen him grinding amongst the plans of the wilderness. Unless he was a random new recruit or something.. in that case i guess BH can be let off.

i was in OverKill since lvl 10 till 68 i guess, then i went BH, so lot of ppl know me and know that i never botted. And yes it took me some months get lvl 73 i guess 3-4months.

I visit the confederation website out of curiosity and the fact a good mate of mine is too lazy to check it out. maybe you should do the same here is the Url to make things easier for you.

as you can see there is nearly a daily post about "legits" caught doing wrong things.
just because one is on the banlist has nothing to say about the whole legit community or what NB and Fly claim since anyone with a decent IQ can clearly see its propaganda to get more and more legits to switch to Venus, that is probably one of the only explanation why they can`t accept guildless legits and why my question about guildless and legits in so called bot guilds can`t be considered as legit caused so much trouble here on SRF and even got me in nightbloom foes list

On venus you got 2 choices join a whitelisted guild or be considered as a bot, if that rule is correct or not it still seems kinda effective, although i personally would love legits to be accepted no matter what their friend choices might be

Woops, i got BHA and Avalon confused for a moment there, a simple mistake on my behalf. Apologies for that error. I don't have hate for anyone who's legit on venus, i have respect for the work people have done. I simply wanted an explanation on their behalf, whether or not he was a random join who turned out to bot or something like the such.

You get put on the 'bot' ban list for any type of ban .. like:

Chargeback / Punishment Descrption / 3rd Party Software / Botting w/e else you can think of.

Does not necessarily have to mean the person has been doing something illegal.

Well propaganda and nazi are 2 total different things, the time i played on Venus i can totally understand why that propaganda is needed and i completely agree and support that propaganda since venus was the only time i felt for a long long time in this game, i am not a beta oan old-school gamer but i sure had the newbie feeling i missed, the feeling you actually looked forward to archieve a new goal, get new skills/new weapon and so on and people actually CARING you got that far, or reached that goal.

Anyway i personally still don`t understand the fact why legit`s aren't legit`s and bots are bots, i cant seem to understand the fact why i have to apply to be accepted as a legit to the confederation and why cant my guild just play and be accepted as fellow legits even when we dont support are break any of the confederation rules, but the fact as long your guild is not stated in the white list you are considered as a bot ( guess that is where your nazi comment comes from) the care"factor" is too high for me i can the (we never cared and look what the game has come to comments)but look about what your so called caring has done besides giving a stamp on everyone forehead if they are accepted or not even when their actions are completely legal and should be stamped as legit best example can be found in the confederation itself a guild that was accepted but the leaders basically just cared about having fun and being legit but their leader not completely explaining the so called legits rules to each of his members ending up as a remove from the whitelist guilds, all that because 1 member made a mistake.

Anyway to be back on topic i had one of my storage accounts ( never got 1 single exp, never done any pk2 or used any loader and or clients edits got banned) the fact that account was just created to move some elixirs to it worries me the most, the ban can`t be an 6months + old char or chargeback had no silk on it just created it to created more storage space.
So i still believe in the innocent people getting banned, but i can also understand why some people wont accept that so called excuse.

Propaganda is only a tool, as you said it's different, it's the ideals placed in the propaganda that can be wrong if you don't believe in them. If you didn't believe in them in Nazi germany you were sent off to camp for some reason, you weren't given a choice. Unlike Nazi Germany, on Venus, if you don't believe in what we are doing, then you have a choice, play by our rules, play without the benefit of the confederation unions or gtfo. Look, I'm not going to change your mind about how legits choose to play in venus, and your not going to change mine. There are 31 other servers for you enjoy the problems created by bots with no repercussions, go party with who you want to there. If you want to enjoy active union chats, guild chats and party chats, then play in venus, but by the rules that attracted all the legits to this server in the first place, otherwise have fun soloing or sitting on a horse.

As for the person in question, I've partied with him, seen him in enough parties and union chats to believe he hand grinded his char to where it was legitly. Besides, he was a cleric, not the easiest class to bot.
