Probably 2h cleric cause warlock debuffs wouldnt work. 2h cleric should level at least 10 lvl 1h sword for shield trash. It really helps.

1v1 pvp vs a not celric, 1h2hwar would win. If they have holy spell then your screwed.

Er no. You can only do two masteries, so at 90 you would be warrior90, celric45, warlock,45. youd be immune because you dont need a super high level of holy word if you have blues on acessories, but you would have a usless45 warlock.
