Ability Revolution Scroll

I got 3 of these as a quest reward but they don't seem to work.

It's supposed to act as a skill reallocation potion and return 100% sp; however when you right click it, although the skills menu comes up and shows level-down arrows, they are all gray and unclickable.

Am I doing this wrong or is it just another stupid Joymax bug?

i just npced them.... i needed the space.

i think you can use them you just have to use them with 10 curst hearts and instead of getting 80% sp you'll get the ufll 100% atleast thats what i heard from my union

Tried it with my other high char but i dont get it working
Had 20 cursed hearts + 2 potions in inventory. Everytime i try to use via pot shop lady, i just get 80% (i calculated it) and if i rightclick on scrolls i got 0 skill potions.

Anybody got an idea how to use?

Bah, I really wanted to use these but god knows if Joymax will ever fix them so they work. Guess I will do like wootpops and npc them. =/
