Problem with Chargeback!

Ok, uhm I did a chargeback.. I havnt recieved refunds and it says my char is banned due to chargeback, wtf? How much time do they take to refund, is this normal?

well if they banned you I assume you did the chargeback right.. so hmm.
btw, I've heard that they block your paypal after a chargeback so I hope you knew or your other chars are screwed for now D:

been about 3 days, I charged back on an account with which i never bought anything else from JM lol

and i fi need any silk again ever, ima ask a friend to do so for me :p

Maybe I did exactly back on [lvl 72 Rogue/Cleric {griffinax}] < this char after playing for 6 months on it, after my seller got banned for no reason (Which had all my gold, all the sos items for sale, mostly all my 1-2nd tier 8D items i already used, and alot of SP which took me months to farm.
