It appears he can. Botters are not human so they don't have to be a gender!

there is no bug. notice how he is looking at Best Equip and not Last Seen Equip. he is seeing the best equipment the guy has EVER had. not the equipment he is wearing now...

lol, no.. my mediacenter is not illegal... it's office, but i'm using open office atm

though, i didn't know that hoods look same for male and female, i thought it was the female one :(
