does increasing the mastery of wizard increase his dmg as well, coz the tooltip is not the same like other class :?

Well its interesting ... if you have noticed , only Warlock and Wizard have that increasing damage on their mastery ... (+ Wizard has increasing damage on each element) ...

JM's careless mistake most likely. I dont think it infects the damage

Maybe because it does effects damage?

the passives within the wizard class increases the dmg of certain skill trees by a % but the mastery lvl will increase the dmg of all skill trees
