emm that i know that is a bug that happend when use cape, the char is like stuck in the ground and u cant hit him but he can attack u, to fix it ,he need put stall or restart the game, not sure ..only saw it in range-attack chars like wiz, xbow

O that happens alot if your a war.Btw i killed the guy it wasnt a bug.

Shift click them. That or sit on them.
