As he(Fleck) told me, he and Zao sending Globals out, "we are coming, little nubcakes" and they go out to the points to wait for brave lowbies in prodigy cape.

Auto pot is set to 30%, they attack the hunters with the same skills they use(or similar lvl) upon possible victory they spawn rewards for the brave hunters:)))

This quest/hunting is for unionmembers mostly, but a quickminded outsider could win too
