Yer theres a quest or somthing like that, some how it turned several people in to murder on my server.

There's a low lvl quest of similar nature, something with Clossiers (sp?) I think lv 28 or 30 monsters. I had similar fun with that quest by spawning the monster at the droa dock where it will kill the euro party crowds there and unsuspecting pvp outside constantinople too.

It's devious but very entertaining I must admit especially when people who have no clue why it's happening and who's/what's causing it. What I did was run away once it's spawned and it will attack the closest character standing.

No murder status with this quest.

yeah this quest is great -.- i died so many times cause of people using this to kill other players. This is probably one of these things that bots will do when they are bored after reaching the lvl cap.

The best thing to do, which works best as a wizard.

Just go invisible with that quest active, and it looks like those things are spawning from no where. Me and a guildly had good fun freaking out people cause they can't see us.

The anti bot mobs!

They're aggressive, so they were killing EVERYTHING. And there are no bots in samarkand...

At ongs.

I thought they were the quest mob, that attacks shit. Maybe it is, I don't know.

Listen to everyone that is clueless about this:

- These mobs are spawned by a high level quest that players can take.
- Players need to kill 10 of these mobs to complete the quest.
- Instead they go and kill bots with the mobs as they are agresive.
- These quest mobs are lvl 85.

They have not been implemented so they can be "Anti Bot Mobs" people just use them in that manner, since its a bit of fun.

Question. "But i never see a high level around when they spawn"
Awnser: "Cause its most likely a Rogue or Wizard in Stealth/Invisible"

From my own experiance when i was powerleveling at ongs. You can beat these mobs quite easily. I was able to beat it with a lvl 70 s/s nuker.

I was pvping at cons and someone did the same thing. Everyone died in like 2 seconds.

I saw one too the other day at the ice... Fortunately i was able to go into stealth before it "saw" me. It walked around for a bit, killed a player (i suppose it was a bot) and then disappeared.

I have that quest, if you are a rouge or wiz, when they spawn they go for nearest target, quite easy to target a low lvl you want to kill, if u stand right under them, they spawn every minute, the quest can be abandonded and retaken whenever you like. Just gota run out to Beak Peak to get.

Very Very usefull for rouge thiefs, run ahead of 1* Trades wait for watcher to spawn to pop the trader or transport. The road to jangan sometimes has quite a few of them. Low level 1* trades are not safe now just like the good ole days. Also can do it unsuited for added piss people off factor
