I started a new char on hera server,pure int s\s with ice and light,i wanna powerfarm it now since its still low lvl cause farming at high lvls is really long..its lv 27 now,with 7 lvls of gap and at 29 will gap be 9lvls.
I will lvl up it with 9gap from 29,wich means that at lv 30 i'll lvlup skills to lv 21 and so on, so i've got a question,i have to powerfarm it at lv 47 mobs now or lv 40 mobs? i mean,when i power farm i have to look the lvl of my skills or the lvl of my char?

It makes no difference whether you are being plvled for pfarmed. Just have to be 11 lvls difference between your current level and the mobs level.

Although 11 lvl difference is when you get the most exp, you don't have to have an exact 11 lvl difference to get good exp. The exp rate when it comes to how many lvls higher the mob is works kind of like a bell curve and a guildmate even made a chart to showcase the % exp you earn on a mob vs the gap you have:

IMO spawn rate is very important as well as level difference when it comes to know which mob is best for plvling. It's pointless to get plvled on a monster like blue spiders when the spawn rate isn't that good at all especially since you could get more kills a minute on a mob like mujigi or penons and still get good exp.
