9th degree NPC items?

this topic has probably been discussed earlier, but is it guaranteed that NPC's will have 1st tier 9th degree? If yes then at what prices? and would you buy 1st tier 9th degree weapon just for the heck of it or just wait for a sweet drop

yes, but like with all npc items, it will be 0%.

i wouldnt buy it unless i have some stones to get those % up

I wouldn't spend stones on npc items, so if i buy one its gonna be for the heck of it. the highest probability goes for waiting for a nice drop

the weapons you can buy from npc for around 4.4mil

Have fun finding even a crappy 9th D equiptment in stalls for the first week or 2 cause they will prolly be bought right away

I will buy a 76 NPC bow and I will make it +3, because a NPC 76+3 is better than my 72+5 with bad stats .
