I've lost my account before. On Redsea I had a chinese char and a euro char about 2 years ago. I stopped playing for about a year, nobody touched my account, I came back on and my chinese char was there but my euro char wasn't.

when i started playing this game, back in 05 me and my brother made 2 chars one for him one for me.. on different accs, he only played it for 30mins, he got to lvl 2 and never played since, i ask him for his id and pass like 4months ago and i logged in with it.. the char was still there in the same place.

Maybe they only delete a certain amount of characters... but mine got deleted anyway, and it was over lvl 10.

It was when Euro was first released, and then I left. So whenever that was. I don't think it's pwnt just because I made a mistake with time...

If someone logs into it or attempts to log into the account is considered active. Inactivity means no attempts to log into it at all no using the forums. Complete inactivity: Not using or trying to use the account name or password at all. If someone has ever used your account even once before the year hit its 6 month point then the account isn't deleted.

EDIT: at _SomeOne_, note: you said 4 months. Guess what the deletion time is 12 months? Phail??

No silk deleted after 6 months with silk 1 year.

Ive had forum account char deleted after 6 months so it does happen.

no silk, level under 10 + 6 month without loggin = eligible to delete
no silk, level higher than 10 + 1 year without loggin = eligible to delete
silk = not eligible to delete


i don't know if sro website is taken as " loggin " ( for exmeple writting on the forum , or bug report.


But i believe they never did such a cleaning yet...
