A quality, quiet forum full of good posts is better than a forum full of spam or rehashing of thousands of old topics. I wouldn't pretend to understand the forum mod's goal but perhaps a quiet forum is one goal...I know it's easier to moderate.
Personally don't mind it all that much, it's easier to stay caught up on topics. If I don't log on for a weekend, I won't necessarily miss 3 pages of topics and have to browse through them for important ones as opposed to the "how do I build a character" or the "what's the right gap for a Euro to gain lots of SP?" questions that have already been answered.
I checked up on SRF and everything looked sort of fine, I checked the mod log and there was pages of work that he did. He seemingly took care of it single handedly, and did a great job.
Yeah well done Manowar, I was refreshing the pages every second and there was a flurry of threads being created both in Off Topic and General Discussion, all of which were taken down within seconds,before you could even check the contents.

Venus is well represented here because both the Admin and some mods play there... and because it has a very large legit population. As the botters get banned, it does seem like more Venus players are here, but its mostly because that is where a lot of the legit players are playing atm.

Stallowned made a thread about "bein' in real sh1t" with his mom for personal reasons. He asked us to ban him and we didn't. He got mad and posted a picture of a group of old men sucking eachother off in OTL to get us to ban him.
Either way he would of stopped posting here, but he was the one who wanted to be ban - we can only speculate so he would stop visiting and get his real life in order.
