I've been playing almost 2 years and in that time nothing has ever changed, I was lvl 60 before I even knew what a bot was and when they started infesting the servers all's I've seen JM do is ban non silk buying gold bots, they do a ban and through out a list once and a while and the next day all those bots are back and at Jangan, the game is what it is and unfortunitly its in this condition, but from 2 years of experience I would bet my left nut that its not going to change any time soon. You say its the wrong way of thinking, what should we all sit here and be optimistic that things will change? its much easier to just realize what Joymaxs track record is and leave it at that, I could see if they ONCE EVEN ONCE provided good customer service then there could be a chance that it might happen again, but what makes you think that they are going to change.
