help with Charge back bolck plz

when a friend of mine was opening his account he found it blocked
the last time he charged the account is 3 months later and a friend of him was the one who charged the account ..
the reason for blocking was " Charge Back "
i wanna know what is the ways of charging silk that gives block when charging back !
and i wanna know if there is any way to get the account back ?
plz help me fast

Chargeback in sro usually occurs when using an unvertified Paypal account. What your friend has to do is to tell the person who charged silk for him to verify his Paypal account and resend the payment to joymax with the already verified account. After that is done you can just wait.. or Spam JM with emails that you have paid back and you want the account unbanned.
