quick question
ok guys so me and my friend tested it with both our dmg...and we tried with bleed and without bleed and our dmg didnt really change...my question is...why is that? bleed lvl 8 btw the lvl 71 skill

bleed is like a crappy version of Division.
and yeah, it lowers ur defence.
