Farming

Post by thessaly »

Can anyone help me out with a good way to farm?

I was farming at ongs, but I just cant do it. I dont want to sit there and farm like 350k+ for my build, Its so boring, i want to enjoy the game not just always looking for an actual legit taxi and just sit there for hours. I want to play and enjoy the game.

So is there anyway I can farm while leveling? so I can have enough sp for each level? (1-80)

Any help would be great, thanks.

There is no way to avoid farming, but you can cut down on the time a lot by buying premium ticket and a sp ticket while getting plvled by a higher level character.

best way to farm is to open a gap after you get a new weapon or a skill. lets say at lvl32 you have your new weapon not much to look forward to for a while so just open a gap and save some sp, same for lvl42, lvl52 and lvl64 in the caves.

Try it in strides, dont farm all of it at one time. Farm a bit, than stop and level up to a new level for new weapon, gear and such.

Also, dont log on everytime and just farm. Have some fun with friends, trade, hunt, pvp do whatever. Balance it out, dont try to do it all at one time. Set goals and try to achieve.

But if you're farming at the ongs you're probably lvl 20-25 with masteries max 15.
So it's hard to trade. Even 1 stars because you cant handle your own thiefs :P

You can avoid it by just set a permanent gap. If you go 3 gap all the way you have about 300k (<-- I don't know if you have 300k then but im to lazy to search for it)

Ah, so I stand corrected :P Hehe well minus the trades. Those were just minor suggestions instead of having to saw your arm off slowly with a butterknife (what SRO calls farming).

Is it possible to do a 3 gap all the way to 80? I mean it is possible, but I heard its like really really really hard to get to 80 with a 3 gap. Is that true?

Thats not what I meant, honestly I dont care if they bot, I dont promote it but whatever gets the job done. I'm talking about dumb scammers. Like I would pay 200k for an hour then 5 minutes later they would d/c or leave the party without finishing the hour.

I planned to farm at 39, and to kill the boredom trading. I got bored at 13k SP. So, I have a constant 3 gap. I've had it for 16 levels now, and it isn't so hard to keep, you just have to forget it's actually possible to level faster, and all the anxiety to kill the gap goes away. I don't know at higher levels, though.
