But Item mall has nothing to do with nudity. O.o???

I'm all for bikinis or nudity, as long as they don't show their nipples allright.

just curious, but this whole thread seems kind of weird to me. when we HAD the nude thing going, a ton of people were complaining. now that it's gone, 80% of people say they want it back? just crazy.

also, if the nudeness had been in the game the whole time, most likely nobody would have said anything at all about it. you wouldn't have seen hundreds of nude people running around, because it wouldn't have been 'new' or 'different'. and nobody would have complained.

by the same token, if it was implemented now, it would be all crazy for a while, and then it would get old and nobody would care anymore.

either way, it really has no effect on the game at all, except for the first few weeks.

she didnt say anyone or everyone specifically, so you shouldn't take offense to it, the comment standing as is, is a generalisation of the majority of said persons.

I could totally see a hot selling item in the item mall: "Nude skin unlock scroll"

The way they could get around US federal obligation is they:
A. Have to buy it (Limits people who will have it)
B. Have a disclaimer ("By purchasing this scroll, you are verifying that you are 18 years old or over and desire to view possibly objectionable material")
(The disclaimer would have to show up upon buying it and running it, These would be a hot seller in stalls too. xD)

Looking at it from a code aspect, It's reallly simple to accomplish. It's just a question now of "are they going to do it?"

I think that when it's there, the people who complained were the ones against it. The ones who liked it kept their mouth shut because their eyes were glued to the screen and their mouths wide with grins. Now that its gone, the ones against the "nudity" are happy and grinning widely and have nothing to complain and the one who wants it back are the ones complaining.

[blinks] I didn't even think about that. That's the whole reasoning behind the AdultCheck or whatever the security check things are called to verify age on Porn sites.
