I'm capturing lag everytime i play. And then, reward is...DC!

I don't lag at all but other have prob. d/c while playing capture the flag. IMO its very fun and something new and different the only prob. I have is the spawn killing I mean its crazy they sit where your spawning after 5 seconds your dead. It would be better if you could party up with friends your lvl but it so random and you can get put with complete noobs that have no idea what to do or whats going on. So far my record is 4:1 spawn killing sucks maybe thats something that needs to be fixed or have a set amount of time that you can spawn kill because I have more fun actually fighting then killing someone off when they spawn kinda gets boring.

How come i havent had lagg at all since the inspection?
Everything works perfectly fine, havent got d/ced once, or the ??? error.. Nothing actually..
And the CTF is FUN, if you dont like it, then why participate?:)

maybe it has something to do with the manual patch cause I didn't download it and i'm lag free

1.I don't lag at all .
2.It.s a very nice event , even though has low rewards 1 unit of mp/hp grain.
3.Dont; have any proablems registering at event.
4.The only thing that should be change is the lvl spawn moster. i take's to long ti kill them ..and therefor to little time to actually fight whit the oppenent team !
5. I didn;t download anything ... just upgrade it'self ..works just fine.

i usually never lag and both my pc do have some freeze and lag spikes since the last update, been a while since i actually had any lag in this game

loading times are same but after pressing buttons the reaction is sometimes 5 to 10seconds later.

The first day of the event start LAGGED bigtime.
This LAG, 5-10sec lag spikes, was because most of the players were updating their clients.
It was not related with any hardware/software problem with your PCs. In short terms, since this patch was a bit BIGGER than usual, updating directly from the clients took their bandwidth.
Simple example, even the gold bots were laggin. They were leaving all their drops/gold/elixirs on the ground (I managed to get only 2 shield elixirs/no pet).

NOTE: This statement refers only for the first day of the new event. (CTF)

Seriously though they might lack resources for it. Or will. Or they have no "carrot and stick" reason to do so.

Player X downloads the patch. Player X complains that it takes too long. Player X still waits.
Player X then tries to log in for half an hour. Player X bitches about bots and AFK stallers crowding the servers. Player X still waits.
Player X finally gets in, and finds out it's lagging more than usual. Player X starts their fav web browser and complains on a board. But still Player X keeps playing and goes on to spend cash in the item mall.

For me the Lag capturing was gone after 19 hours from the inspection.

And now to get back to the Flag capturing. Still poorly thought out. Invisible wizzards and rogues are ultimate winners, almost all the time. And my oh my I Spawn kill/Get spawn killed all the time.
