At least 50.

And fire bolt, ice bolt, and the earth AoE should be enough.

It depends on the server you are playing on... most old servers have the ong spots packed so you need to be able to masacre a whole hill with one new to ne effective so I would say 64

if you are just going to plvl with it, take earth and cold, those 2 are the ones with the AOE attacks, but i would at least lvl up fire bolt, fire is the hardest hitting and lightning is what I would call an assist attack (KB and Fear).

not sure but I think at lvl 60 you should be 1 hitting pt mobs.
unless your talking about the ongs with a Q over them, then I can bearly 1 hit them

I've been powerlvling on the oldest server of them all for the last couple weeks, its barely ever crowded, and when it is I just come back 20-30mins and its not.

lol maybe im the one that crowds it, I do usually make ppl leave, but only if they come after i'm already though.

Archer ftw ;d.

exactly, its never crowded when i do there either, if do just do a few AOE attacks and clear the whole hill in 20 seconds and people tend to go somewhere else lol
