How do i Join Guild?

I am wondering how to join a guild and what benefit does it have..
May i join any of ur Guild?
My Info
lvl 18 Bowman
Now sp farming
Magic: ice/fire/lighting/ going for force later but just for the res and more mp ^^

There are many benefits in joining a guild, help from fellow members, guild/union guild trade runs, hunting and theifing. To join you may add me ingame (nonamer) and I will add you to a guild.
