Hyphy is NOW recruiting!

What Hyphy is all about:
-We're a strong growing guild, looking forward to future members. We try to make sure everything is going accordingly, staying organized, and responding to situations with control.
-Some of Hyphy's goals are:
1. To actually show Athens the real Hyphy, and the only way to do it is to be one of the top guilds in the server.
2. To be one of the top 'escorters' of Athens, basically to help anyone on a trade run if truly necessary.
3. Gain knowledgable members with a killer-instinct mentality, in order to be one of the top guilds in the server.

Requirements:
1. Microphone
-Having a microphone for our clan is essential because we use Ventrilo, a voice communication program, to talk to each other while playing the game.
2. Know english
-Knowing english is the only way to communicate with the main members of the guild because we all speak english. It doesn't matter what race you are, as long as you can speak english.
3. No Racism
-Our guild has seen how racist people react to certain things, and we all agreed not to admit any racist people in our guild. We feel that if we did, we wouldn't be able to function correctly, and our actions would differ if we had any of these type of members.
4. Helpfulness
-Most of the people in our guild are very helpful. We just don't ask for anything and everything, but if we come along something extra, we offer it to the guild. For example, being independant is very important, show us you're independant and you will be rewarded. Sometimes you have to earn something, than always getting it free.
5. Humerousness
-My favorite part of the guild, being funny. Our guild loves to joke around with each other and we don't take things that seriously. We can say anything to each other and not get offended. We love to joke around but we also have our serious 'grinding' moments. Other than that, we laugh with and at each other.
6. Dedication
-Dedication is a key to this guild. This guild lives off dedication, without it, the guild is nothing. Being dedicated to this guild will help achieve it's goals. Although it's hard to say someone is dedicated, being admitted to the guild, you will be watched, and we will look for certain things to see how dedicated you are.
7. Level (20+)
-Being 20+ is required because we want everyone to be in the same level range, that way we can all do things together. For example, a few of the members get together a lot and go grinding together with full parties killing orange/red mobs. It's funny when I see then all talking in the guild chat or ventrilo, talking about "OMG Giant, GET IT!" things like that. Our guild loves to be interactive.
5/25 UPDATE:
I've withdrew some undedicated members, and pending reply pms from the rest of the members, letting me know if they're dedicated or not. Hyphy is reshaping and going to recruit as many lvl20+ dedicated members as possible. Hopefully all who are reading are interested, because we would really like to have more dedicated members. If it doesn't work out, we will try again a week or two later. Thank you for your time.
