Hunter/Thief War

Hello everyone. I been playing on athens server for quite awhile and I am apart of the Clan Shinra guild.
I have seen only 2 hunter/thief war in the pass couple of month and I am wondering how come no one set up these war anymore. I participated in 1 and it was quite fun.
If someone can set up a date maybe everyone can participate.
