Btw i tale exhaust and ignite works better imo Because the W works as ghost as well... I like to take a little from the ap damage and take the 70% attack speed item forgot the name....

i prefer ghost because exhaust requires you to click on someone to use it and be in a range.... ghost can be used to catch up.
you could try something like omen or iceborn gauntlet or shard of true ice. they have a decent slow that may be useful to you?
