Garen and Katarina will finally seem more useful late game. Especially Katarina who becomes useless as soon as 1 form of CC enters the enemy team

I like the notes option they will add to the friendslist kata & garen rework was indeed necesary
Heard they will completely rework Heimer too

Darius doesn't need to be nerfed, he just snowballs off of bad players not knowing how to counter him.
(Not trying to sound arrogant or offensive, it's just the truth. He's super gankable and not that hard to lane against with plenty of top laners. As for jungling, place some wards, gank his buffs. If he doesn't get kills or farm he's useless.)
