one week rotation for champs
Annie and WW are solid champs that don't have hard counters. Well... maybe nasus hard counters ww cause nasus happens to hard counter every melee dps, but besides that, not rly. Shaco will give ww trouble in the jungle, annie's late game is trash but no champ is perfect.

But this only happens on high tier games...

I've yet to see more than a couple people do these amazing hero and jungle counters you speak of.

(I'm not level 30 yet.) What I mean is that he won't have to worry so much until he's high level, just play some games, try out every hero or just focus on one (depending on how you like it better) and you'll eventually get better. I also suggest going to leaguecraft.com or watching youtube videos if you want to know more about a certain hero, but don't rely 100% on those.

I had 2 days ago the worse day LoL day ever, had a 7 losing strike with different champs, I was like wtf, raged like mad the last 2 games. meh, I just stick with ashe from now on.

in what order do you lvl skills on him ?

looking for a nice skill lvling order for irelia as well btw.

Start off with Q then usually W but that depends if i'm laning against someone thats being aggresive so i'll get E instead just to be safe. First 6 levels usually go Q W Q E Q R then i'll max Q first since it does great dmg and good for harassing with it's range, after that it's maxing W as it is a great combo to use with Q and when it comes to team fights it's risky using E so I just usually save that incase I need to run.

Irelia depends on what you're trying to achieve...

Stable survavibilty + jungle whenever neccessary just level: W-E-W-Q-W-R-then max W-E-Q.

If you want the firstblood and/or you're going hybrid Do the same but replace W with E.

If you want a regular carry build with manamune replace W with Q. By the way, Manamune + her Q = best last hitting hero ever. It's so good I feel bad not getting Manamune, you can constantly dash for the last hits on every minion with less than half hp.

Should go for q first than w, and third e, than just level up w and e. That is if you're laning, because q is the best last hit skill in the game.

As for kennen go q, w, e, than max q and than max w, and then e.

I really doubt this will ever happen. This is Riot not Joymax (although, lately Joymax has been changing for the good). They aren't money whores. The max IP for a champ as always been 6.3k since release, so im not seeing how 4.8k is "ridiculous". Almost everything except for boosts and skins can be bought with IP, this game is for playing by anyone and doesn't allow people to "purchase damage" like in so many other games.
