Nope Nope..its hard to reach the cap with out an AS buff [just with items]

attk speed boots, starks fervor and madreds should be enough... the next 3 items should be infinity edge, bloodthirster, and the axe... forgot its name, 1v1 against another squishy should make you victorious in about 3 to 4 hits... no skills needed
oh, with these items you should have around 1.7 or 1.8 aps... invis takes u to 2.5, ult also takes u to 2.5, and the most important rule of twitch... position yourself so your ult hits EVERY1... count 6 attacks then press E... and welcome to the pentakill club

buying armor penetration runes here next, so far i got 3k and need about 3k more for the full set. Sorta grasping the strength of some of the new champions still and wow they released so many 6k ones is not funny.

Played against annie yesterday, hahaha she had 692 AP by the end of the game, LOL she could NOM NOM NOM any champs in 2 hits, but she could get stomped on in half a hit... lol

Twitch only needs one recurve bow upgrade and I would recommend Last Whisper or Bloodrazor and only when you absolutely need the benefits (Madred's HP%Damage & LW pen). Twitch does not benefit from Stark's full package. Ambush and spray n pray give you 160% aspd currently at 16. You get 50% from Ghostblade & 25% from an Elixir (300 gold). Twitch also has one of the highest attack speed scales in the game capping at 1.2 without items. You wasted a lot of stats, also Unique means the items do not stack. Buying 2x last whisper is a waste.
