Well, I've come over to this game from Dark Age of Camelot and really can't get enough. It's a very charming and fun game. It combines a lot of the better elements from a lot of different games.
Right now, I'm a level 15 Blade/Shield/Force character by the name of Anathar. I am looking for an easy-going, fun-loving, mature guild that likes to work together and accomplish goals. Sorry, but no Yakuza's.
Anyway, look me up ingame on the Babel server or drop me a line here if you have a guild that seems like it would fit me. Thanks!
Hail, Looking for a guild
I know my build is not what might be considered "standard". I enjoy playing more support-oriented characters.
Most of my skill points are as yet unspent, I've got 500 of them at this point in time, and I've recently looked at Fire. From what I understand, there is room to completely fill up 6 books. While I haven't looked very far into the future, I am pretty confident that I have not jeopardized my future effectiveness by my chosen spec lines at this time.
Anyway, I might look you up later on sometime. I like the way the PvP aspect of this game is set up...it's fairly unique.

I wasn't necessarily criticizing your choice of Force, actually. God knows there need to be more people willing to go full Force.
However ... I would recommend focusing on another force skill until a point where Force itself gains more usefulness -- and maybe even until you find a reliable group of people willing to lvl alongside you. Even at higher lvls, many players are reluctant to form anything but soloing groups (EXP Distribution). Potions are ubiquitous and easy to use -- healing, outside pvp, is rarely used except to save pots for yourself while soloing.
It's too bad, imo. I tend to play support classes, also.
Have a couple recommendations for ways to make this build work, but this is getting too long. Talk to me in game. Continue to leave your masteries behind your lvl, though. You'll need quite a few skill points.

Anathar... Just came accross ur post and u may like Condemned also. We r a less pvp guild and we do trader and hunters runs. We live mainly in The USA,England,Netherlands and we use Ventrilo. we do not have a forum as we dont see why we should post when we can just jump into Ventrilo and say whatever. We pvp also...it all depends on the person. Our lvls are 16, 24 then mainly 32 and 40+. we r a lvl 2 guild and have many unions...i think 6. We also have a very talented and informative person in our game. Whisper Eckho or Jury or TongueFU...on the babel server of course
