Heya, wondering is my PC able to run Guild Wars 2 on decent graphics settings (medium or so) and have decent fps (>30 fps). I have no idea how to compare the minimum system requiments to my computer...

You can, but you will hard time at dragon spawns and in zerg fests in wvw.
Looking for mmo to play...
