I'm on all the time, there are only 2 requirements right now:
Must be above lvl 10
Must be active (Every other day active)
Later on the requirements will be changed. Once we are a lvl 2 guild.

To answer your question about the flag, go to your profile and type Troy in for your location. Case sensitive apparently, so get it right!
