Is it wrong?

To recruit a bunch of farmers into your guild just to level it, then kick them once it's done?
We have 8% left and I'd like to get to guild level 5 this weekend. Only 3 people are farming though so its slow.
Anyone have opinions on this?
Keep in mind the guild name

the sad thing is that all the farmers at the den last night had guilds. So I guess its up to a select few to get the job done. ditcher stop posting and get back to grinding

Well, I've got about 12 hours of gold grinding time left until the end of Sunday, so I'll do my best.
