Searching for an active guild

Alright.i've been in 2 guilds.i agree that i don't know how to pick them but ...they weren't active at all.i want an active guild,with which i can party often.
I'm an euro warrior/bard(bard-only speed) lvl 34..lvling fast since i'm playing all day long(summer vacation untill 1st of september when school starts.
So i would like to join an active guild that parties often..i would like it to be mostly euro.Thx.And pls don't invite me if it's not good couse it would be a waste of time for both me and the guild since i'll exit as fast as i can if i see the party's kind of dead.THx in advance
