3i7 Guild looking for Members on Xian China and European

We are a level 2 guild about to be 3 in probably two days. We are mostly European with levels 17-35 as a range. We also have 2 Chinese characters who are 76 and 66 who hunt when we do trade runs (usually we do a few trades everyday) and can powerlevel too. We are looking for level 20+ Europeans or level 50+ Chinese players. We speak English and I can speak a little Spanish and I guess one of our dudes speaks German haha. We use ventrilo so if you have a mic that helps a lot. We are in the dEranged union which is 7/8 guilds that are all level 5 and we will be level 5 just need more dedicated players to get the guild points.
