HELP....please

Hi there, sorry for the newbie question but Im new to Guilds. I just created my first guild and I wanted to know how does anyone get one of those small icons beside their guild name? Does my guild have to be a certain level first? I tried searching for this answer here and even on silkraod site itself but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At level 3 you can get guild mercs

Mercs are for lvl 4 as well...lvl 3 guilds got left out...
